"Don’t go here! If you skip a week they will charge $85 anyway! I went on vacation I did skip a week but I done my nails out of country same material! When I came back because I skipped they told that I need new nail treatment! So they charge $85 because I skip that week! Seriously you will get a charge of $40 because you couldn’t go? They always on the rush! the only Professional in that place is Ann and Michelle! They charge $45 per 30 minutes massage ! They just think about get money ! No customers satisfaction! It you get damage the mal they will charge 5 to 10 !"

"Don’t go here. My pedicure took an hour and a half, looks awful, and cost $68. Up close every single line is jagged and unclean. They had to switch which women were doing my nails half way through because the first woman had to walk across the street to 7/11 and come back eating a donut in the middle of my service. They had no idea how to use the gel drier machine and she kept turning it off on me. I got the most basic pedicure in the book so I’m not sure why there were so many issues. Was going to get a manicure too thankfully I left before she could do it."

"Will NOT recommend this place. 1. Cuticles are cut in a messy way 2. Nail polish is all over cuticles and even on a finger 3. She kept removing nail polish from cuticles with her nails, which is Unhygienic. 4. I didn’t demand any refund for such a messy job. Paid and was leaving. She ran after me and demanded tips. I gave her 5$ although she did a horrible job! To which she demanded AT LEAST $15. And said “in America this is how it works”. “In America”? What does that supposed to mean? Horrible service, unhygienic place and equipment, unprofessional staff. They lost a customer and potential customers which were my friends and relatives who live in Glen Cove. The manager just said “sorry”."
