"Booked a massage for my mom and a facial for myself a week in advance and specifically requested a female masseuse for my mom. Showed up to the appointment only to be told there would only be a male available for her massage. Receptionist says someone messed up with our booking. Disappointed that nobody bothered to call us to tell us that there would be no female masseuse available so we wouldn't have gone all this way after work on a freezing day. Receptionist says they were too busy today and were not able to call but there was literally nobody else but my mom and I there. My mom was really looking to the massage, we left the place very disappointed."
"I have been a “member” for a year and shame on me! They never honor my appointment and I constantly get calls the day of my service or the day before canceling my service because the person is either sick or no longer with them. Out of the 12 months at least 9 appointments were changed. I have only been offered an upgrade twice as an apology. They are not consistent or accommodating. I will not be keeping my membership and would not recommend them!"
"Andrew gave me an EXCELLENT massage. Definitely felt like he utilized some lymphatic drainage techniques which is EXACTLY what I was in need of. A truly therapeutic session. He is super strong and also very communicative to ensure pressure is just right. Carrie gave me a fantastic facial immediately after and wow. She was so gentle and knowledgeable! Plus those dermatologica products are the real deal. I’ll certainly be back to see both again! Can’t wait."
"I was disappointed with my massage. I paid for a 60 minute massage to begin at 2pm. I arrived at 1:50pm. The therapist didn’t come to the waiting room until 2:05 to welcome me in. I laid down on the bed at 2:08. The massage ended at 2:52. I didn’t want the therapist to feel embarrassed or awkward so I didn’t tell her personally I was disappointed with the length of the massage as it was 44 minutes. I told the front desk as I was signing out. The woman at the front desk who told me ‘prep time’ is included with the message, but 16 minutes of prep? Firstly, this was not communicated to me upon purchase. It was marketed as $139 for a 60 minute massage, secondly, I have had numerous 60 minute massages where the clock didn’t start until the massage actually started. Even with ‘prep time’, a 44 minute massage really does not seem fair as I arrived with plenty of time before the appointment. The fact that no one even responded to my email is even more disappointing. I feel taken advantage of."
"I received the best facial from Carrie, she was very knowledgeable and personable…my skin has never felt better. I also had an amazing massage with Frank a couple of weeks ago, he was very informative of body mechanics. I left feeling very relaxed and recharged."
