He had such a calming energy. We did the sauna and infrared light and it was 10/10. We both said how we felt 100x better than when we walked in. Cannot wait to go back!"

"I had a Red Light Therapy session today at the Zen Den on 1 East Main Street in Beacon N.Y. I met the owner, Alexandria Gilleo and what a pleasure it was to meet her! Her style, grace, friendliness ,and knowledge of what she does is incredible! Alex is very passionate in her field ! The Zen Den is so very quaint with a bohemian style . The red light therapy that i had was a 20 minute session and it helps with the stimulation of collagen and mitochondria within our cells! Awesome! I gave the Zen Den a 5 star rating!
