"I had a appointment today at Cornerstone Eye in Victor, NY with Benjamin Hammond. The appointment was scheduled for my 9 year old son two weeks ago for 11:15 am. I received a phone call from the office on Monday stating that the doctor had some cancellations and if I would like to bring my son at 11 instead. My son missed camp today so he could attend his eye appointment. We showed up at 10:45 am, walked out of the office at 11:55 am without being seen. I could see if Hammond had a emergency, but he didn't, he is one of those greedy doctors that overboooks and makes his patients wait. What makes his time more important than mine?? Because he has M.D. or D.O behind his name, no!!! My time is just as valuable and to leave a 9 year old child sitting for an 1hour and 10 minutes is disgusting!!! We will make the drive from Canandaigua to Titus Ave to go see Dr. Matthew Gearinger, who has never made us wait and actually has a chair side manner unlike Hammond. Do not book with Benjamin Hammond."
"Dr Hammond has a very nice bedside manner about him and listens to parents about their concerns. Theresa LEhman , Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired"
"Dr. Hammond is a caring and attentive physician. One of the best doctors I have worked with. Your eyes will be well taken care of."
