"I had a prenatal massage here over the summer. I purchased the add on option of a scalp massage ($25) for my service. My massage itself was very nice, however the one thing that's sincerely bothered me that I can't stop thinking about since my massage (over 2 months ago!) is that my arms were not massaged at all and the oil scalp massage was terrible. The therapist didn't actually massage my scalp but rather put oil just ON my hair. It was very odd. This is my favorite service at spas and I've never had that happen. I paid for the add on, yet my massage ended at exactly the hour mark, so make note your add ons will come out of your service time. I'm guessing this is why my arms were not touched. Overall it was OK, I have not been back since and likely won't for massages as I don't feel the service lives up to the value."

"Haven has always been my go to spot for a facial. I haven’t been in a few years but today Melissa did an incredible job. I left feeling so relaxed and my skin is glowing."

"I shared a review on their page and they did not post it. I’m upset. My massage was never finished. I wanted a deep tissue massage and I got just a basic massage. They charged my credit card without my consent. I even told them if they were charging me I had a gift card. I was also told not to worry about the massage that the next one would be on them. The owner said that she would only give me a 10% off next massage! What!!! Really. I paid for a deep tissue- First- I was never given a deep tissue 2nd- my massage was never finished. I’m really upset. I’m not new there. I cannot believe this is how I’m treated. I was told different things- Told not to worry about the massage payment for the service that wasn’t finished after I was told they were going to charge me this time and not the next. I told them not to charge my card also- I told them I had a gift card. That’s when I was told “you know what, don’t worry about it. I’m not charging you.” I was told I would be called shortly. Never got a call. Next day, I called- said I would be called back- no call- then told I was going to be called by the owner- NOPE! Never called me!!!!! Is this how you treat your returning customers. ???"

"Booked facials for a girls day with my best friends - Ian was so accommodating over the phone and in-person! The spa itself is gorgeous - love the fact that it's located in a historic property, and was all decked out for the holidays. Because of scheduling, we had back-to-back treatments, and were able to hang out in the plush waiting lounge in-between. Best facial I've ever had - days later and my skin is still glowing without makeup! While I don't normally chat for my entire treatment, Lydia was so personable and interesting, I couldn't help myself! Needless to say, we were all so happy with our experience, we already booked our next visit and can't wait to return!"

"This was my first time here and it was fantastic. My massage therapist was kind and attentive. Throughout the appointment she checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were so warm and welcoming! They offer water and tea in the relaxation room, and the massage treatment room was cozy and warm. I can't wait to go back!"
