"I saw Dr. Alex Fahoury for the first time yesterday. He restored my faith in medical professionals. After hearing so many things from past Clinics, PAs, ERs, and walk-ins, I feel that I have finally found a truly caring family practitioner. He was very thorough, and he treated me with dignity and respect! I immediately had my fiance set up an appointment for new patient intake, I was so confident and elated!! "My husband had an appointment. They called the wrong phone to reach him. Call me but left a message calling me Sam and did not tell me, who was calling. Just a phone number to call back. I still have the message to replay it to them but they refused it. How am I suppose to let him know they called if they never told who they were. It sounded like someone called the wrong number because it has happened to me so many times. I also thought it was a telemarketer. They made a mistake and now he not allowed to receive any services there. They did not apologized. Do not waste you time and money. I am an actually employee of U of R and they were even nasty to me. This makes me lose faith in U of R."

"Fiancee's appointment at 12pm. Arrived early. Now 1255pm! Receptionist yack yack yacking on phone, totally ignoring patient wanting to check out! I do not recommend this place anyone. I am ashamed that UR of Strongs would have such terrible health care with Brockport Medical Associates."
