"My experience has been awful. In May of 2023 I bought a six visit package that was good for 1 Year. I went to use it 3 weeks ago and was told that due the new computer system they couldn't find my package but someone would look into it. I have called several times and I keep getting the same response the manager is looking at it and will call me back. Its been 3 weeks with out a call. To say I am frustrated doesn't cover it. I go on vacation in a week and I had planned on using my last couple sessions up. This is the worst customer service. YOU should be ashamed"
