"I can't say enough positive things about this clinic. We've been going there for 2+ years for our two kids. Everyone has been stellar to work with. They take the time to explain procedures, address concerns, educate us and help us make decisions. Dr Benardot is one of the kindest person I know and it shows with the staff's personality that he's been bringing onto his team. I'm incredibly grateful to have found them. We previously lived in large cities and never got services as good as this. Malone is truly lucky to have this gem of a place, especially for our kids' health."

"I’m currently seeking new pediatrician for my kids.. the staff lies.. they lied saying they were waiting to hear back from our specialist and when I called the specialist to see what the hold up was they said they were not able to reach Emile, that the nurses said they would have him call them back and no such contact was ever done, until after I gave the staff the ole motherly tone and direct orders did they change their attitude. DR. Emile benardots is a friendly man super calm welcoming and comfortable talking to.. but he doesn’t make me feel like my concerns shouldn’t be concerns..but after a few minutes of consistency and showing your not letting the issue slide he generally will do what you ask to be done. The lack of doctors there is terrible! I will say this as I have to call at least 10-25 times in a row just to get meagan on the phone (the receptionist) who is very nice by the way. The nurses bruised my baby when giving him his shots and they did not listen to me when I said he wasn’t feeling well.. over all they are ok but not the best."

"All four of my children have went here.. And sadly I missed a few appointments without calling due to not having away to call, and sadly they kicked my children out of going to there practice. Witch kills me because dr Kate is truly a amazing and wonderful and thoughtful doctor!! All my children and my self truly trusted her. And it kills to tell my children that they aren’t allowed to go back there cuz there mom didn’t have a way to cancel a few missed appointments.. truly sad what this practice is coming now.. you would think they would have a heart about this kind of issue not everyone is rich!!"

"My first child was born in 2009 and I just loved this pediatrician's office so much that I have never gone anywhere else. Even after moving a few times since then, I haven't even considered changing pediatricians. Honestly, there are two towns closer that I could be going to, but I trust this place and the doctors and all the staff are wonderful. In 9 years I don't have a single complaint . I now have three children that I take to this office."
