"Very happy with service and outcome of treatments, but unfortunately if you belong to their membership and need to move for work or your partner, whatever you’ve invested is non refundable. So keep that in mind if you choose to join. They do offer alternatives like freezing your account or selling you products so there is that. If you are unable to use the left over credits then be aware that they keep, particularly if you leave the area. So as of now I guess I gave them more the $200 due to my circumstances. They do warn you of this so be VERY there are absolutely NO exceptions. What so ever."
