"I have never really walked into a bad Sally’s beauty until I moved here. Starting off with this last visit, the associates were just down right rude. As soon as my fiancé and I walked into the store, everyone went quiet and automatically started saying things about my Fiancé. For starters, we didn’t say anything except hello and then went right to the isle we needed, getting the things we needed. The fact that the associates all like to gather around the front registers and talk badly about customers is definitely down right not professional, especially for a hair beauty salon. Everyone’s an adult, act like it, if you don’t like someone, don’t talk bad bout them when you see them, people have ears and can hear things. Every other visit has been pretty decent, but this last visit had put me and my fiancé off from wanting to come to this store, i will gladly make a special visit out to a completely different store instead of this one."

"Sally's you have to think twice if you are black to go there. I think they should just remove black people products. They don't even try to make eye contact when you are in the store. If they are with other they try to prolong the conversation until you give up and leave. I definitely will not be recommending anyone to go shopping there, but re- directing them to downtown stores for their needs"

"I absolutely love these ladies!!! I was devastated last year after my sister passed I came into this store at least once a week I felt the love…God knew where to send me I colored my hair 3 times in a few months I was so lost☹️☹️ I lost my sister my home all in 8 months. But I knew if I came into this store this beautiful white haired angel would meet me at the front of the store… thank you ladies❤️❤️"

"I find it pretty hard to believe that any of the staff at the Dewitt location (current or past) was anything less than professional in their dealings with any shoppers. I say this because I have been going to this location of Sally’s religiously for many years I did all the time I have never noticed not want any of those ladies being anyone anything but absolutely sweet as pie with the customers and very helpful and very knowledgeable. I will make sure that I pay attention more from now on though just in case I missed something and yes you guys are right about moving the African-American supplies to the front- now off course i hope you do realize though that’s corporate's decision not the decision of the ladies who work there (former retail employee here). So aside from that anomaly I don’t see anything wrong with this place I think the staff are wonderful and the selection is next level. Keep it up! --Oh year and believe me I probably would’ve deserved a little bit of criticism cuz sometimes I walked in there with my hair all a hot mess and they still were nice to me!"
