"Reached out 3 times via email regarding an unsatisfactory visit about almost 2 weeks ago. Went in for a deep tissue massage, left feeling no different whatsoever. The massage therapist used almost no pressure at all. Thought maybe I’d feel better the next day as is sometimes the case with massage, but the next day was no better.. Was hoping to rectify this without having to leave a review, but after a week of reaching out, it feels like I have no choice. EDIT: Kyle reached out by phone to discuss this issue with me, and my follow-up experience was great. Definitely recommend Patti for deep-tissue work!"

He really listened to what I was looking for in a massage and used the right amount of pressure, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. He relieved the tension in my low back, neck and shoulders. Phillip is very skillful and knowledgeable. I left the office feeling relaxed, stress free, pain free, and ready to take on the day."
