As a runner having chronic knee pain that never seemed to get better, he showed me the proper way to activate my gluteal muscle and improve my balance while running. Like magic, no knee pain since! "I prefer this PT practice. I'd been here many years ago, then somehow got sent to another practice the next time I needed PT (there was another practice in the same area which had moved). This time I searched harder and found them again. The PT's I've worked with here have been really good, and they're able to give you more, undivided attention. The therapy rooms off the gym are very clean, comfortable, and private; and the gym seems nicely organized, and quieter, without so much noise from TV's. The office is also better organized, and the friendly and helpful staff is right there, never off somewhere else with a sign up about what to do until they return."
