"Took half an hour drive to get here to be body shamed. My dr said they work with this place the most so I decided to give this one a try. Olga was nice on the phone and seeing the reviews I figured, this was going to be a good experience. It wasn't. In person ahe was rude , she was trying to figure out what kind of stocking I needed (not going with.my script) I need a thigh high because I'm getting surgery next month. So she told me I was overweight and it's going to be difficult to size me and stockings will not help me. I didn't have this problem at northwest mobility. So if you're over weight/ plus size don't go here. I let my doctor know about the experience I had here so they are aware how plus size people are treated."

"Olga molded a brace to help with my hand- I didn't know this service even existed! She was Soo helpful and just all around it was a wonderful experience. I always recommend her."

"I'm amazed to see 3 positive reviews for this place and particularly Olga. I called there to inquire about compression stocking and I was aghast with her rudeness to me. The rudeness started when I asked about Medicare coverage. She was mean and rude to me saying the no insurance covers the stockings. In my case my secondary Medicare coverage does pay for this partially. But I couldn't tell her that because she raised her voice and was talking over me and cutting me off. I had to hang up. Very poor experience if you're on Medicare."
