"This place is killing my father. My father has type 2 diabetes which is completely REVERSIBLE through diet and lifestyle. These people won’t tell you that though. Instead they will put you on garbage injectables that will take the life right out of you. My father looks like he has aged years on the drug they gave him. He looks awful, and everyone that sees him says “your father looks sickly. Is he okay?” Or “what’s wrong with your father?” I hear this all the time… AND, also at one point they sent my father to a USELESS “dietitian” that said he couldn’t eat bananas lol. Instead it was okay for him to eat overly processed bran muffins loaded with chemical ingredients. Complete nonsense. I feel bad for people like my father who trust doctors and physicians like this."

"My Doctor referred me to them and I literally cannot get an appointment because they never answer the phones during their business hours. They are completely inflexible in scheduling. I cannot understand how the office can be this rude and inefficient and still have their jobs. Honestly everyone involved should be ashamed of the treatment I've received BEFORE becoming a patient. Edit: I tried calling again. Currently I have been on hold for 25 minutes. The average phone hold for doctor's offices is 30s Please explain why yours is so long. Are you understaffed or just incompetent? I'm still on hold even while typing this."

"A month ago, I received a phone call from Dr. Michael O'Rourke saying he had questions about my paperwork. I have never been a patient of his and have not been a patient of any Community Care doctor in over 6 years. I called the office back to let them know they called the wrong number/patient. Fast forward to today, I get an email that there are new results in my Community Care patient portal and when I went into my account, I found the lab results of a complete stranger - one of Dr. O'Rourke's patients. We have the same first name but different last names and DOB. This is such a huge violation of privacy for this patient, and I am shocked by the carelessness of this office. I understand mistakes happen, but with private lab results there is no excuse. Double check names, double check DOB, double check everything! This is unacceptable. I left a message after being on hold for over an hour to let them know that this happened and make sure that the patient got her lab results."

"Dr.Demarest and her nurse Lisa are excellent. I am so happy I found them. They truly care for their patients. I struggle with thyroid and weight issues all my life and I finally feel that I’ve found medical professionals who truly care for their patients."
