"Highly recommended for the staff and the outcome of my visit. The front desk was helpful and cordial, and I was treated by the PA Phil who really knew his stuff. He was very experienced in treating the issue I had, and he took the time to clearly explain everything that would happen. He was able to take care of the issue right there in a clean procedures room. I hope not to have to go again soon, but definitely have found our local Urgent Care!"

"Medication not as effective. Will not respond to questions after visit through nurse line. —Reply to below comment—- After the doctor visit, I personally went to ask a if I can get a different medicine based on the out of country doctor who treated me for 30 years. Nurse said he will get back and never did. Next around 3 pm same day I called and after 20 min she hung up on me. After redialing I got to know no change in medicine. Day 3 after using prescription for couple of days, the cough got worse and I dialed the nurse line again that the medication is not doing its job, to prescribe anything different. Till now no response."

"Too focused on getting to the next patient. I explicitly said I wanted to get my throat checked out because it feels like something is stuck in it and I hadn't been able to eat in 4 days. Not a big ask. Just need the special tool to get a good look. 30 seconds later I find out my tonsils look good and that's it. Never checked my nodes or actually looked DOWN my throat. I know she's got other patients to see but to have me wait 1.5hrs in the room just to get a minute and a half of time where she just blows through it. If you already know what you have and just need a script filled then it's not bad. If you actually want them to figure out your problem... good luck, they won't spend the time REQUIRED to do so. Still don't know if there's something in there. Feels like there is..."
