"I tried this program about a month ago I got one session out of 12 remaining I’ve lost a total of 6 inches in about 10 pounds so far. I’m a full-time bus driver I really don’t have any time to work out with raising a three-year-old as well trying to find time is very difficult I was skeptical about the program because I didn’t know too much about it however the two ladies that I’ve been working with Nina and Amanda have been extremely easy to work with very professional always has a smile and very knowledgeable about the equipment that is used I would highly recommend it if you’re trying to get healthy on a very tight schedule I do plan to go back for another round later in the year but I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for those two young ladies if I could give 10 stars I would’ve. My daily routine was to get up make my lunch vegetables some protein I cut out carbs sweets and alcohol and it has paid its dividends don’t be shy to give this program a try you’ll be surprised with the outcome"
