"This place, and especially Nancy, is a lifesaver. Fixed my severe back pain due to stiffness and lack of proper stretching, exercise, and posture. I'm not saying its guaranteed for all, but for me, it was night and day. I went from being in pain just lying down, to be able run, and lift heavy stuff again. Back to work finally! Five stars is not enough. One hint: To maintain the gains, you DO have to routinely do the stretches at home or at the therapy sessions, otherwise, the pain does come back slowly (at least for me anyways)."
