"Dear Kristin, we were so hoping that you would not reach out to us for a survey. Do you think that it was the best treatment on your part? You completely dismissed concerns....even after it was told to you it was due to injury?... numerous times..... it gets better.... after the diagnosis you gave.... we can not see the doctor with whom we originally scheduled an appointment with. You dismissed the pain.... you were very short. Your bedside manner was unpleasant. We were looking for professionalism, medical advice and simple compassion. At the end we got none.... never saw a doctor... just you.... if your practice has too many patients then we truly apologize for an inconvenience ."

"The Urgent Care at this location was able to quickly diagnose my issue, verify it, and provide a path to pain-free living. The reception staff was extremely helpful, even calling my insurance company when I didn't have a card yet since my employer just switched companies to make sure they had my information and it was in-network. They over-estimated the wait time slightly, which I appreciate over low-balling it. The physician assistant listened attentively to my symptoms and history, was able to immediately pinpoint the most likely cause, confirmed it with an X-ray, explained my options, and answered all my questions. She very neatly gave a steroid shot to reduce the inflammation and taught me how to do physical therapy to help in the long run. I stuck with them and the pain went away and range of motion has returned in the timeframe she gave. I'm very happy. I only wish that OrthoNY would be clear on their website that Clifton Park is the Urgent Care location and not Albany instead of making it seems like the opposite case by listing Albany first with a lot more information."

"I broke my knee cap and they want to give me medicine for arthritis and tell me to take Tylenol. Told me if I want real pain meds I can try primary care or emergency room. Sucks when you have an “acute fracture to the platella” and they act like I’m trying to get high on narcotics when I’m simply trying to manage my pain and even though I’m taking it easy obviously because I BROKE MY KNEE CAP - I get treated like a scumbag and accused of basically trying to get high. I would like pain meds that actually work to elleviate the severe pain I’m in so I can do bare minimum tasks for myself, my children and my business. Not everyone here is rude and careless but enough are to leave this review! I didn’t even get a call back today. I had to call them to hear from their kind receptionist that they will not be prescribing me any pain meds and I can only have the arthritis medicine."
