"Front desk woman is an absolute brat of a human. Every time I have been in there I need to ask her to repeat herself multiple times as she mumbles with her mask on. Apparently it’s a chore to speak louder. In addition to this, my daughter has visited multiple times, each time using the same exact insurance. She claimed it wasn’t going through… I have been billed each time we have gone. She refused to allow my daughter be seen unless I paid for the visit in full. Huge waste of time this morning only to leave without my daughter being seen for what we believe is strep throat. The doctors here, however, have always been wonderful! So caring and polite. If I were this company I would relieve the front desk attendant as she is not a good reflection of the excellent care provided."

"The staff were all very kind and polite, so I give them credit for that. My nurse was great and empathetic, but I felt like the doctor just didn’t hear me. I am sharing this experience in the hopes that they can learn from my experience there because I’m really disappointed. I came in earlier this week, expressing that my throat was in quite a bit of pain and that I had been exposed to a ton of strep by my students. I had all the symptoms. A quick test was done and it came back negative. They sent it off to the lab to double check, but told me to rest and take Advil. I told them the Advil had done nothing, the doctor said to up the dosage. I know my body and I know when something is wrong. I left crying and spent three days in the most horrific, excruciating pain I have ever felt. No amount of Advil would reduce the pain or the fever. I gave up on waiting for lab results after 48 hours and went to a different location. I was diagnosed with strep and given meds in under an hour. The lab finally called more than 3 days after the first appointment and confirmed I was positive for strep. I don’t understand 1. why I wasn’t given antibiotics as a preventative measure (doctors have done that for me in the past) and 2. why the lab took so much longer than expected to get back to me. I truly believe I would’ve been hospitalized had I waited any longer. Please take your patients more seriously. There was no reason for me to be dismissed like that. I wouldn’t wish what I went through on my worst enemy."

"Make. An. Appointment. This is the least busy WellNow in the area, but making an appointment will still really speed up the process. Since they are not that busy, they often have SAME DAY appointments and you will be seen before anyone else who walks in off the street. Even if you want to go in the next few hours, always check to see first if they have an appointment slot open. As for the people, everyone is very nice and I really like the providers. They have free coffee and slushies in the waiting room. I have never had a problem with insurance here."

"My wife was seen in the evening, last appointment She was taken in immediately, a few questions and tests were given based on her symptoms The PA Callie came in advised tests were negative reviewed what she can do to help her viral infection The medicine given worked and is feeling better. The staff at Wellnow were pleasant and attentive to my wife even being the last patient at the end of a long day We both recommend Wellnow"

"From the front desk to the exit door this urgent care is filled with kindness. The receptionist was inviting and caring to my situation. There was a mother with 2 young children came in and the receptionist was chatting with the children and they were giggling the room was filled with laughter even though we were no feeling well. Then the nurse and Dr. Made me feel at ease... they took such good care of me, I had a wonderful experience. I left knowing that they cared as if it wasn't a job for them... they are making a difference in peoples lives."
