Christine and her staff provide the highest level of professional care, far greater than anyone else in the industry. What they have done for me could not be replicated by anyone else because of the uniqueness of my particular disability. It effected only one of my ears. Balance issues and Depression where depleting my quality of life. Christine guided me step by step through the process showing nothing but encouragement and support all they while. "They didn't explain that my insurance wouldn't cover the cost of hearing aids until after my hearing test. What good is a hearing test if I can't afford the hearing aids? Waste of my time. EDIT: Allow me to further explain, since the owners think my review is 'unfair'. I already knew I needed hearing aids prior to making my appointment. I did not need a hearing test to tell me that. My primary concern was with affordability. I called ahead of time to ask if my insurance was accepted and whether it covered hearing aids. They said 'yes' and that we would further discuss during the appointment. Once my hearing test was complete and it was confirmed that hearing aids were recommended, I had to sit through a sales pitch about several different options for hearing aids before any discussion of prices came up. It was only after listening to the sales pitch that I learned that I essentially could not afford any of the options presented to me. Even WITH my insurance coverage. This is in spite of the TV ads that promised "affordable" options. If I would have known what you guys consider "affordable" ahead of time, I would have looked elsewhere... which is what I ended up having to do, anyway."

"Came in today for a hearing exam as I was having difficulty’s with my hearing for quite some time just been putting it off. I have to say I am blown away with the service I got from start to finish it was an amazing process! Sal went above and beyond for me and took the time with me to figure out my needs in a hearing aid living an active life style. He made me feel more than welcome in his office we joked had some good laughs and chatted about hockey which we both have a passion for! He took time out of his busy schedule to help me setup hearing aids to perfection and made sure I knew all the ins and outs as they are my first pair. To say I’m happy with his service is an understatement! It didn’t take me long to get use to my new hearing aids and it has already changed my life in the day that I have been wearing them I can hear everything crystal clear that I haven’t heard in many years! I suggest anyone that may be having difficulty with their hearing to come here you cannot beat their service! My advice to any younger people struggling with hearing to not keep putting it off like I did, it is a huge confident booster, I never thought at age 26 I would need hearing aids but I am so glad that I went this route. You cannot put a price on your quality of hearing you are missing out on so much!
