"I had Dr Morningstar for decades until she retired. She was outstanding. In the interim between her and PA Brittany Scott I had another doctor that I never really clicked with but she has left the practice. I hope my future appointments are with Brittany. She was very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and made me feel totally at ease out an embarrassing condition that had developed because of a new medicine I was taking."
"Left at the end of my second trimester of my pregnancy.. was only seeing nurses (who were kind) until the last appointment where I met with a doctor for the first time and had a horrible experience. I wanted more information on a product/ wanted to discuss risks and NEVER declined it but was told that risks don’t matter and that I seem like a “nice girl” and “wouldn’t want social workers called on me” and then she proceeded to tell me to get off the internet and stop reading so much. I switched offices and asked around and have never heard anyone else be threatened or treated this way. Very unprofessional. (Not saying everyone at this office is the same way but it is important to be respectful to patients)"
"I am sad to see so many negative experiences with this practice on here. I have always received good or more often great care from the doctors, nurses, and receptionists. I appreciate that the doctors and staff are all female, it’s a great environment to receive care as a woman. Dr. Heather Florescue has been my doctor for a few years now and is not only the best OBGYN but the best doctor I’ve ever encountered. If it wasn’t for her care and compassion, I might not be looking forward to the birth of my daughter in a few weeks. I hope to be her patient as long as she’s practicing!"
"I was an ob patient up until 30 weeks. Severely lacking compassion and empathy. I was diagnosed with a rare abnormality and after I consulted with MFM and the abnormality was found to not be there, I had 0 follow up from the practice about the wrong diagnosis. I expect a call at the very least, considering I stressed and stressed about it for a month. Only saw my OB one time in 30 weeks - the rest of the time you see the PA’s who can’t read scans so you have to wait longer for information. Wouldn’t recommend."
"I would not recommend trying to get care here. I called attempting to switch my care for pregnancy to this office as I was hoping to have a female-only office so I would only see women during my pregnancy due to a history of trauma. They said that because I had seen another doctor already they wouldn't take me. When I pushed back I was put on hold a few times and they finally came back and said they were wrong they could take me, but that they weren't sure on the policy and that all of the receptionists were under the same impression that they couldn't take a patient who has seen another provider in that pregnancy. So either 1. They don't allow pregnant patients to transfer their care here which is ridiculous and completely disempowering to women. People change care providers for all sorts of reasons, not the least of which is trauma. OR 2. They do allow people to switch to this practice but have not communicated this effectively with the staff. Either way, I did not get a good vibe and won't end up scheduling here, despite the doctors being highly recommended. This is a women's only practice and they should know better than to have policies that disempower women."
