"The staff I met in the front desk was nice and friendly. The one who professionally did my ultrasound was very helpful in guiding me through the process and answering my questions. The clinic at the Highland hospital location is smaller than the one in Penfield, and there is a fee for parking. Dr. Lim and Dr. Wilsch are exceptional. They are very caring and thoughtful, helping me to be better prepared for my pregnancy. I am very fortunate to have them in my care team."

"Front end staff is dismissive and doesn't listen. Didn't find it to be much different with the providers, aside from Dr Carey and Dr Wilsch who are compassionate and invested in their patients. Practice as a whole is not impressive. Would not recommend to anyone looking for OB care."
