Reviews
"Refused to treat a patient who had been suffering for years with back pain. Would not even book a simple consultation for someone who is trying to work and live without pain. Uncaring and unapologetic."
"I have been a patient of this office for years and am very satisfied with the treatment plans Dr. Nemani has suggested for me. Of course, not every treatment works for everyone or even every time. Some times my treatment has worked well and sometimes not. As my condition worsens, new treatments may be called for. In my opinion, the doctors, nurses and actually all staff are top notch. I have always been treated with respect by everyone at Pain Interventions. My rheumatologist was the one who referred me to Dr. Nemani, and I am so glad he did."
"The staff is amazing and always friendly! Sarah is great! She always listens to what works for me and what doesn't. She always has new ideas and is helpful when I have questions. I always feel welcome and the communication is top notch!"
"Staff was rude. For the first time in years I didn't see my doctor. The person I did see didn't identify themselves as which type of practitioner they were, was abrasive and interruptive, didn't consider what had helped me before and dismissed the main reason I came into the office. The report created regarding the visit and placed in my file, a copy of which was sent to my primary doctor, was full of errors to the point where I couldn't forward my file to a new specialist without it being corrected first. For example, one of many errors was that there were notes from a physical exam that never occurred. A letter was sent with the corrections asking that my file be amended. When a follow-up call was made to inquire about the amendments to my file, it was stated by the office staff that my file was not amended and likely would not be. They further stated that upon receiving the request to correct the inaccuracies in my medical record, I was discharged as a patient."
"Absolutely terrible. If I could rate it with zero stars, I would! The staff is very unfriendly and don't have any personality. Dr Nemani couldn't understand WHY someone would cry during very painful injections and called me a drama queen! His PA wasn't too bad, but everyone at the office talks "at" you not to or with you. Switched to UR Pain management and have had nothing but pleasant experiences there!"
