Was brought back promptly to be seen (I had zero wait time without an appointment). Elizabeth explained everything very clearly. Will use this urgent care again when in need."

"Jason was great, he is the nurse practitioner on site. I personally prefer that over a doctor as they take the time to actually listen to your concerns and hear what you are saying instead of immediately trying to diagnose the issue and skip details you gave them. He’s always on point and will tell you not to hesitate to come back and follow up if the issue doesn’t get better. I was in for an upper respiratory infection and he gave me his recommendation of meds and a script which help me get cleared h Up a few days afterwards. I will always choose this urgent care site when given the option as everyone is respectful and caring as soon as you walk in the door."

"The techs are very unprofessional coming in the room together cause they’re friends. You don’t need 2 techs to do a flu test. Nice said test was done they didn’t put it in a tube they took it out of the room with just the swab and nothing to isolate the swab. The PA never asked me what medications I was allergic to and sent 2 medications I was allergic to then got annoyed w me when I had to come back to tell him I was allergic to the medication he sent in."

"Came in Sunday 7/23 for an emergency visit. They weren't quite ready to open at 8am when I showed up but didn't have to wait too long. Front desk was friendly, the nurse I saw was friendly and caring. I saw Parker Remelt who was a physicians assistant, he answered all of my questions and got me on the right medications that I needed. He gave me a print out on additional information. I liked that they sent an automated text out a few days later to check on me. Overall it was a clean establishment, and everyone was helpful/friendly!"
