"Absolutely the worst call experience I’ve ever been subject to. I explained my 9 year old daughter tested positive for covid… the reply? “So… what do you want us to do for you?” I said, “that’s the question… she’s showing all the major symptoms, she’s reporting major GI pain…” I get cut off “we don’t do triage over the phone, if you want us to see her, then you’ll have to bring her in…” Compassion and clear communication are so vital in this world. She could have offered both but chose neither. Why couldn’t it have been right away: “I’m sorry to hear she’s not feeling well. We can triage in person if you’re thinking the symptoms dictate…”"

"Worst receptionist ever save yourself the stress and anger. They really don't care and just want the pay check. (Speaking of the receptionist only) (didn't even get to see a Dr from how horrible they are)"

"Wait times are terrible. It’s like there’s one doctor working. You wait in the waiting room for over an hour then get called back to the room just to wait another hour for a doctor. Rooms are filthy as well. Don’t look like they get cleaned at all. Just gross."
