"My experience was of two halves The first half was fantastic The eye exam is top-notch and the equipment is all brand new and the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and it has been the best eye experience I've ever had I need to make that clear. As for the second half I am not your typical patient, my prescription is over -14 and I also require a bifocal and I spent over an hour with the staff after my eye appointment trying to help me find a frame and stuff and when it came time to cash out it turns out they don't make lenses in my prescription, my prescription is too high of a strength so I could not do business with them because I require a bifocal too, had I not needed a bifocal it could be doable. My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't leave until after 4:30 so you can imagine how that might make someone feel going through that whole entire process to find out they can't accommodate me for glasses and lenses and referred me to go to another eye care center. Again the staff is fantastic and I recommend them a thousand percent for any normal patient but if you have a high prescription like me you Will be sadly disappointed if looking for glasses, contacts can still be done there, I am going to do a contact lens fitting and I will be a trial patient as the first one to use a prescription so high with contacts at this location. This is something the company itself should advertise to patients before making an appointment so they can make an informed decision, It's not fair to the staff either to go through all of that and try to help to find out they can't so I don't fault the staff at all and that has to be clear in this review. Dr. Vilasi was absolutely phenomenal and hands down the best eye doctor I've ever had!"
