Seneca Hall

"Desperately in need of some renovation, not sure why this dorm hall has its Kitchen in the basement? But what is more concerning, there are no hand dryers or paper towel dispensers in the bathrooms, if a student is showering obviously they would bring their own linens but I would think it is some sort of health code violation that after they use the restroom they would have some means of drying their hands. I think this is the cheapest most ecologic solution."

"Large 10 floor residence hall, with upwards of 600 students, open to all. Doubles and quads (converted lounges). Lounges are newly renovated with new TVs, however, the hall as a whole has not been renovated recently. Within west campus community. Connected to Pathfinder Dining Hall. Only one kitchenette in the basement. Hall has been known for being rowdy and loud."

"Construction work"

"It's a cool place but when it's windy out the corner to turn to get to Seneca is the worst. The kitchen is only in the basement and it's way too easy for Seneca to get a fire drill. People on certain floors does parties often But it's a good place to relax and have fun if you're into parties. Its laundry room is good and the hall set up is great since elevators are in both sides and there are 2 lounges on each floor each corner."
