"I would like to preface this review by saying that I rarely ever post reviews, or public ones at that. However, everyone of the staff members at Focus Bariatrics have been so amazing. I feel that the care I have received there should not go unacknowledged. Every staff member from the Pharmacist, MD, Social Worker, Dietician, and Receptionist, (I apologize if I've failed to mention anyone whom has played an intricate part in coordinating my care) has been such a breath of fresh air. No matter what provider I've had the pleasure of having an appointment with, I have left the office with such a pleasant overall experience. Each staff member has individually went above and beyond to make my weightloss journey a pleasant experience thus far. Whether it be followup care, referrals when needed, a friendly smile, or a prompt call back they have individually been attentive to my healthcare needs. They took the time out to sit and talk with me no matter how many concerns I may have had, and it was obvious that my name wasn't just read didn't on a chart as they walked into the room. It has been beyond refreshing to experience first hand how much the care provider team are so thorough, caring, and obviously truly love what they do.
