"If I could give a zero star, I would!!! A complete waste of 2 hours that I can't get back. Unprofessional, dusty rooms, broken equipment. My appt. was at 10:15am I waited in the waiting room the first hour answering questions and then the answering same questions on paperwork (unnecessarily). They forgot I was waiting apparently, because the waiting room was empty except for me, until I went to the counter. The next hour I was in the back answering the same questions from the front desk and the paperwork I had just completed!!! While going for round 3 of the same questions. the male " nurse", refused to believe me when I told him 4 times that I never drank alcohol, he says, never, I said never, he looked away and turned back and repeated never... while in disbelief and confusion, he tried to put the blood pressure cuff on me, I told him all 4 times that he had previously tried, that the cuff was not getting tight. Did that stop him from trying it a 5th time? After that fiasco, he changed my room 3 times and at that point enough was enough!!! Not only had I been there for 2 hours, in excruciating pain and bleeding from an internal issue, I never got to see the doctor. I walked out NEVER to return again!!!"

"People are nice. HOWEVER, they start calling and harassing you multiple times about scheduling physicals not even a month after your last physical and then they start doing survey questions. I get MULTIPLE calls from them a week for no reason."

"Whatever you do, stay away from Qamrunnisa Rahman. She is a pathetic excuse of a “doctor.” I usually go to the broadway location but had a telehealth with her because my primary was booked out for two weeks. Had a simple asthma issue that I needed to get a long term inhaler for. First she rudely tells me that she “doesn’t understand why people think asthma goes away when they get older” and that “we’re in the middle of allergy and asthma season in Buffalo because everything is blooming” meanwhile it’s December? Can she not recall what month we’re in? I was so confused. She then felt the need to go into my sexual history (?) because I was recently tested for STDs, which all came back negative. She then proceeded to tell me I don’t care about my health since I got tested (Huh? This is literally WHY people get tested?) and that I’m “ashamed of my sexual history” because I didn’t wanna talk about it with her. Why do I need to talk about my sexual history with anyone that isn’t my primary? THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR MY ASTHMA. What a weirdo. She is an incredibly bizarre, miserable, and off putting woman who legally should not be allowed to practice medicine. Time to retire lady. Stay FAR FAR away from this “provider” unless you want to be shamed for things that are completely unrelated to what you booked an appointment for. WNY Medical, this doctor is a liability to your entire practice. There’s a reason she was fired from multiple primary care facilities in the area. You should follow suit."

"Terrible experience with Dr. Karimi for immigration physicals. Money hungry office mandating upfront payments at the time of booking, charging much more than other immigration doctors, and forcing you to go to their office at least twice in regular working hours in their remote location. When the immigration office told us they never received the envelopes, Karimi decided instead of providing copies they had to redo the 2 weeks process all over again with repeat two visits, labs and the full payments!!! We went to another immigration doc who accepted our previous labs and did everything in one visit for 2/3rd of the cost! Barely English speaking customer service with messy communication, condescending receptionists who will keep you waiting 30-60mins when you arrive at your appointment time, in dirty packed waiting area with sick ppl coughing and kids crying. AVOID AT ALL COST!"

"I would give this place zero stars if possible. They set phone appointments and never call at the appointed time. Their billing department is very shady. Called about a $40 bill and said if I paid over the phone instead of in the office, my appt was the next day they would only charge me $20. Their OGYN's office is unsanitary. The swabs were not covered in plastic and mixed in with the pens. She refused to test me for STD's which I do every year as a precaution. Said they only do that if you are showing symptoms. She left my personal information up on the computer with the door open as we both left the office braking all HIPPA guidelines. My primary referred me to a spine specialist who could not help me as they only do surgery and I have an SI joint issue. I received an x ray. When I called back to see if they would order an MRI on my back after getting the OK from my insurance the DR yelled at me for asking. Saying how dare I tell a doctor what I want and need. Refused to believe my insurance covered it. They will not help you. Might as well be in a clinic in Mexico. They also triple charged my insurance for services and appts I never received. This place is the absolute worst and a pathetic excuse for a doctors practice. Will be reporting them to the Health Department and my insurance company."
