"What an unprofessional place!!! I had to wait OVER 2 months just to get an intake appt for my grandson, and this is after an application interview whereby the interviewer stated he would be a priority due to our discussion. I finally come to the intake appt only to be told the appt was cancelled and they supposedly called me. Lies, they called me the day before to confirm the appt. There was NO message or phone call from them stating that the appt had to be cancelled!!! Waiting since October 6th, 2022 and now it is Dec. 28th, 2022!!! How unprofessional!! What kind of center is this????? UPDATE- 1-3-2022 Today I receive a letter from this ridiculous center from the counselor we were supposed to see on 12/29/2022 stating that we missed the appointment and that since this counselor- Jessica Genoa Abreu- has been supposedly "trying to reach me" but she can't that the case will be closed if they don't hear from me by 1-6-2023. What a pack of liars!!! They will hear from me, tough. I can promise you that."

"I have a sister who has a mental problems...she can't make an appointment her self obviously because of her condition...I call to make an appointment they answered very very rude saying I can't make the appointment that she has to doit her self...how can you justify your rudeness..they are not professionaly for at least answering the phone...they believe they are God I believe....they just can't use the common sense.."
