"Super unprofessional….front desk unwelcoming, really rude. no staff onsite to draw blood. Staff member that can’t draw blood tried, I stopped him because I can visibly see that he wasn’t sure about what he was about to do. They referred me to the lab they work with, never sent the order. Called back twice got the run around until I asked to speak to a supervisor. Still no order sent after the supervisor said they will send it over. Stay away.. go to cityMD when you can’t get to your primary care."
