"I wish I could give this place zero stars. My 5 year old son with special needs needed to use the bathroom and upon walking out of the facility the acupuncturist came out and started yelling at us that using the bathroom was prohibited. My son became triggered and started crying in the car and became traumatized. I am appalled at the lack of decorum and professionalism ESPECIALLY from a healthcare professional as my son's needs were completely inconsequential to this person. I will be contacting the NYS Acupuncture Office of Professions and reporting this facility in regard to the incident that occured today."

"I love this place it has changed my life I was crushed my a truck and was on medication and had severe pain since coming here I have no pain it helps my mind body and soul.... I have tried cupping I love it I go every Monday.... I have crsd it's so painful and my hands swell I have arthritis but since I have been coming here once a week my hand has transformed!!!!
