"My son was examined, diagnosed, and discharged quickly. Went 40 minutes before closing on a weeknight and the staff wasn't annoyed at all. The doctor, nurse & receptionist were actually all very welcoming friendly and patient. They saw him quickly and we were out of there in 30 minutes. I was really impressed with how seamless our experience was."

"The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. When I was brought back into the room the medical assistant seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was rolling her eyes. She even slammed the door when I told her I needed a different blood pressure cuff and seemed annoyed I even suggested she use a different size. She was not very friendly. As a healthcare worker I’m so attentive to how I’m treated because it just shows me how much we contribute to the patient experience. It doesn’t take much to change the blood pressure cuff. The doctor was also very nice and made me feel comfortable with the diagnosis."

Her upbeat and caring personality was so nice along with being extremely competent in treating me was so nice to see after many people having such negative experiences at Urgent Care’s in general."
