"In the summer of 2022 I came to Professional PT in Hicksville and now for the fall of 2023 I am back. This fall I've come for my back and then after my knee. The amount of care Jeel, Oliver, and Deidra has put into my visits here has been unmatched to all other pts I've been to and I've gone a lot over my life. "Simply an amazing therapy place! Clean and well designed and friendly. I’ve been coming here for over a year now for my different issues and recently had knee replacement surgery. All the therapists at the Hicksville office really care, they go the extra step, they teach you techniques, they are very professional. Jeel is one of the most knowledgeable, professional and amazing therapists I have ever come across. I have been to many therapy places over my years and I’m not going anywhere else after this. She change’s the routines based on how and what you’re feeling in the area you’re getting therapy for. Most therapy places show you once and expect you to go exercise on auto-pilot. Jeel, Diedra and Oliver are all wonderful and they keep checking on you while you're doing your routines and ask how you feel. They make every single patient feel cared for. Then they massage the painful area after you’re done with the exercises. They use different machines as needed - like theragun, stim etc. I never feel rushed here and everyone is very friendly. They know and refer to all the patients by name. Even all the assistants and interns here are very caring…Sophia, Nikki and some others too. I recommend this place with my whole heart! 5 Stars all the way!"

"Oliver is a very skilled and patient physical therapist to my 94 year old mother in law. Because of him she has recovered from a broken femur and fractured hip, and is able to walk with her walker again. I would definitely recommend Professional Physical Therapy to everyone.
