"I have been coming to South Island since long before Hurricane Sandy washed them out of their previous location. I have always found it fairly easy to get an appointment and their office staff, while changing often, has been average to good. I normally see Dr. Bedell who has always taken time to discuss my issues and options and I have never felt hurried and always feel that he is giving me excellent care."

"I love Dr. Castiglia but the office staff is awful Last time I called I was on hold for 13 minutes. That is not the exception it's the rule. I go to many doctors, and when I call, the longest I wait is 2 minutes."

"The Doctors is perfect but I been sick for a long time trying to call to talk to the doctor and the people Who answered the phone some of them is really nice but I don't tune didn't know what to do I called twice last week trying to get in contact with the doctor they keep telling you do you want to call me back within 24 hours I don't even know if the doctor get my message I call Monday then I called back on Friday and today Monday again couldn't take it anymore because I started spitting up blood So I called back and I have some if my doctor did get the message she said yes she prescribe more medication for me to pick up so I ask her how come nobody never call me back because I've been sick since last week trying to get in contact with my doctor she said she would check put me on hold for 10 minutes then came back to tell me she supposed to call the medication in for me but she forgets so she's going to call me back I was talking to her saying please call me back because this is what they keep saying since last week they will call me back and no one never called me back she hang up the phone on me. That call was made at 3 p.m. No I finish work and home at 8 PM still sick no one never called me back to let me know if they put my prescription in or if I should go to medication customer service is really bad i've been going there for 9 years this is the 3rd time I have a problem I really do not want to change my doctor because he's good but the service in the front desk is really bad it's very disrespectful to hang up on the doctors client . Again some of the people is really nice over there but to have a hanged up the phone should not be working in that type of business."
