"Finished my endoscopy, still groggy, walked out on my own and they allowed me to walk out without even notifying my husband that I was done. I even asked the three young women in the front whether I needed to check out and was told no. I ended up walking in a semi-sedated state to the front door. In the meantime, my husband never knew I left. Thoroughly thoroughly unprofessional."

"This place is fraud. They charge you a duplicate copay and keep mailing you for paid bill. Billing department is almost always empty and tries avoid any investigation at all cost. When I called my insurance company, they confirmed that not only I don't need to pay the bill via mail but also NHP owe me unnecessary visiting co-pays. My insurance company called this place for me, but NHP endoscopy intentionally blocks calls from an insurance company. Anyone who booked this place without knowing, remember never pay anything on site. Just pay when they mail you."

"I had a procedure done today by Dr. Preeti Mehta at the new Hype Park Endoscopy. The process was smooth, and the nurses were wonderful. Dr. Preeti was compassionate and explained findings, leaving me well-informed."

"Very unprofessional. The dr who was doing my endoscopy rushed into the room late. As the anesthesia was being administered into me that’s when the dr decided to start questioning me rudely causing me to get nervous ( I was there early for my appointment with a long waiting time yet he waited till I was almost put to sleep to bombard me with questions). My heart rate on the machine was noticeably getting faster because of how uncomfortable I was getting from the dr but thankfully the anesthesiologist was helping to calm me down. I went to him a few weeks later for the follow up and again had to wait over an hour after my appointment time and he was cold and rude again."

"I’m honestly shocked to read the poor reviews. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. (Aside from one negative experience with a nurse I will post about at the end.) We didn’t wait at all. The doctor and anesthesiologist were kind and patient and treated us with dignity. The staff were sweet and kind as well. It is a very clean facility. We called to say we had traffic and would be a bit late and it was not an issue. We got called back within 10 minutes of arriving. Beware to leave time for parking, but that isn’t the office’s fault. The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish! Amanda, Charlene, and Wendy are professional and respectful and made the experience relaxing. **One caveat - Margo was a nurse assigned to us and her behavior was terrible. She was verbally aggressive and talked over us. She created a very anxious scene for us before going in for the procedure. She talked about off topic things and was very rude and accusatory. Be cautious if you get her assigned to your case. We’re waiting for a call back to discuss this with a manager. **"
