"This place is so unethical and unprofessional. They are lazy and speak to people like trash . They lie for the simplest things and half of the staff needs a unconscious bias class . They treat u based on your looks . The nurse in the front speaks over you and has no patience and you can hear them gossiping about patients ! Like please be fr . Why are u in healthcare and u don’t want to care for people . I’m reporting to the BBB. I’ve made multiple complaints about how my family and I have been treated not one compliance officer has come back to me ."

"Extremely bad for business my children and I come here and They do not answer their phone for anything. When I need to relay a message to our doctor I just know that I have to drive all the way over there myself to relay a message. It’s a huge inconvenience. No one answers their phones and it’s very aggravating! That’s Bad business. I swear the only doctor there that doesn’t chit chat and focuses on her work is the peds doctor Ms. Rodriguez. She is too good for that establishment."

"THIS RATING IS REGARDING THE DENTIST AND THE DENTAL ASSISTANT. Since they were hired by this facility the facility will also suffer poor service rating for hiring them. This was the worst experience. Waited 2 hours after reaching 1/2 early for an appointment. Verbally insulted by the dental assistant regarding my childs dental hygiene and physically hurt by the dentist who then accused me that it was my fault why the treatment was hurting me, when he is the one digging in my mouth and causing pain. I had to stop the appointment. If I could I would give these 2 individuals a ZERO rating. BRING BACK DOCTOR SERNA!!!"

"The worst clinic ever. Wish i could give negative stars. They seriously need to do something about their employees and the wait time is out of this world. Had an app for the gyn saw the nurse after two hours of waiting after that i should see the doctor. I got there on a friday at 8:30 my app was at 9. I sat and i waited and waited and at almost 12:30 the nurse said the gyn doctor has to run to do a delivery and its up to me if i wanted to wait or reschedule. A slap in the face after almost four hours is ridiculous and it wasnt even that full. Dont waste your time at this dump your sanity is worth going else where."
