"The customer service number is stupid if u need to get in contact with the doctor or the center u went to they say the only way is to go in person which is stupid I called two days ago and was able to get transferred to the doctor office with no problem I call today and now that option isn’t available very inconvenient to have to go all the way to the center just for a question it makes no dam sense I explained to the guy I was transferred two days ago calling the same number so it makes no sense how he’s telling me he can’t transfer me smh, staff in this location is excellent and each time I went never waited long but to get in touch with them is a mission cause calling the number is no help smh"

"Every time I come to this location they always take good care of me. My girls Megann & Vi make the experience fun and not like a Doctor visit. Dr.Rahman is also a good doctor and always gets the job done."
"This is the only Essen location I now go to. The girls in the front -Maritza and Jenett always takes care of me with a smile no matter how crowded/busy they may be! They are very transparent with the wait time and what to expect. When I have appointment scheduled everything seems to run on time without a hiccup. I’ve also went without appointment and again Maritza made the visit worth while. During times like these it’s good to know people still enjoy their job and take pride in the customer service they provide."
"THIS PLACE IS HORRIFIC. THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE DESK WITH BROWN/BLONDE HAIR AND GLASSES IS BEYOND RUDE. AT 9AM SO RUDE, NASTY, AND DISRESPECTFUL. I HAD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO ASSIST ME BECAUSE SHE WAS SO OBNOXIOUSLY RUDE. SHE SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED ANYWHERE THAT HAS TO INTERACT WITH HUMAN BEINGS. I WAS POLITE, SAID GOOD MORNING, SAID EXCUSE ME, EVEN ASKED HER IF SHE WAS BUSY. YET JUST SITS THERE BEHIND THE DESK LITERALLY DOING NOTHING BUT STARING INTO THE ABYSS. SUCH A HORRIBLE PERSON FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO CUSTOMERS AT THE FRONT DESK. IF I KNEW HER NAME I WOULD POST IT HERE TOO."
