"Wait time is forever and now they close when they want to I went there two times a little before 7:30 at like 7:18 and now there saying they close at 7:15 mind you I was seen after 7:15 before then she told me it have been that way for a couple years now lol how if I was just seen after 7:15 they just have been making there own schedule making me miss therapy won’t recommend to anyone"

"If you can go somewhere else GO!!!.. my Nerves test appt was today @ 345 I didn't get seen until 8pm. Then the machine broke down. So I have to reschedule. If it wasn't because I'm almost done with therapy, I would have changed IMMEDIATELY.. avoid this place at all cost.. doctors are nice but service & wait time is horrendous !!"

"They are very slow. They have one sign in sheet for everything. Instead of one for the doctor and one for terapy. So they don't even know who is here for what other than a space on the sheet that has info that may not pertain to you. Most of the time they are talking and not even helping. Only when I got loud they you see them look like they are working. This is my 3rd time dealing with them and service got worst."

"Female DOCTOR BERNARD gave me attitude by ignoring me when I asked how much longer will it be after making me wait 1hr and 20 min. Patient Care coordinator Asia kindly explained to me that this is how it usually is for new patients. The rude doctor needs to learn some things from Asia and not be hostile. When Doctor Bernard evaluated me she brushed her rolling tool over me without even checking if my arms and legs reacted to it. She used her little hammer and turned her head away before even seeing if my leg jerked up. When I told her I’m not on recreational drugs I saw she marked yes on my chart. I am sure this is highly illegal. When asking me to turn my head up/down/left/right, she extended the tool more than where my head was moving and wasn’t even standing in front of me to get exact measurements. She was standing to the left of me! What a joke!! This doctor needs to have her license removed"

"Today my husband was DENIED THERAPY by this establishment’s extremely rude and unprofessional staff. He was told that he could receive his therapy because they were closed when in fact they were still open and it was before 7:30pm; which is when they take their last client. These unprofessional girls always give him issues. They force him to wait for hours, allow clients that arrive after him to receive therapy before him. Give him unnecessary attitude! This has been going on for MONTHS. I’ll be going there with him next week to file a complaint with whoever is in charge."
