"Just saw Dr Archana Saxena she is the best hands down she reminds me of ellen degeneres not only a great doctor but a nice person funny and quick everyone should go to her"
"I came to this location for OBGYN care during my pregnancy. Karen Sullivan was my provider for most of my pregnancy and she was excellent. Unfortunately, she relocated to a different practice. I loved her, she was great. Dr. Islam Aly took Karen's place after she left and since Dr. Aly took over my care I've had a horrible experience. The wrong blood panel was taken, and when the results were uploaded into MyChart my levels for one of the tests were off the charts. I thought that was strange because my blood work is usually normal. When I saw the results, I didn't know at the time the wrong panel was taken. I looked up what the results could have possibly meant and my levels were so high that there could have possibly been something wrong with the baby. Dr. Aly called me and told me the lab took the wrong panel and not to worry. She said to go to Quest Diagnostics to get my blood redrawn. She informed me she sent in whatever paperwork needed to be sent in to Quest. This test needed to be done before I was 24 weeks pregnant, and time was running out because I believe I was 23 weeks and 5 days or something. When I went to Quest, there was nothing on record for me so they couldn't take my blood. (It was a Saturday by the way). I called NYU Langone so they could page Dr. Aly, but they couldn't find her in the system so I left without having my blood taken. I waited until Monday to call her office and no one could give me a straight answer. Someone told me my paperwork was sent to Quest so that I could get my blood drawn, then someone else said why did you go to Quest, we aren't even affiliated with Quest. It was a complete mess. Dr. Aly did call to apologize, which was nice, but how do you not know what lab your practice works with? They literally have no affiliation with Quest and Quest doesn't use Epic which is their charting system. Why would I want someone like that delivering my baby? I was so fed up that I switched my care to Boro Park OBGYN and I could not be happier."
"First time here and had an overall great experience. This place is super clean and modern. The woman in the front desk on the first floor was friendly and welcoming. My appointment was on the 3rd floor, the staff there(receptionists, nurses, assistants) were kind and helpful. I was seen by Dr. Tsai(gynecologist) who actually listened to any questions or concerns I had and responded empathetically and respectfully. He made me feel very comfortable and was attentive to any discomfort I may have been feeling during the exam. I would highly recommend seeing him!"
"My grandmother has a broken finger and had an appointment on Monday. Got home and she was crying telling me that the lady at the desk (4th floor) said my grandmother doesn’t look like she can pay for herself. After having my grandma run around from clinic to clinic she is sent back again but on the 3rd floor the next day. Tuesday the next day I come with her to speak with the lady on the 4th floor. She isn’t there another lady tells me “it might have been an error on the translators end”. Have no idea how a translator can mess up that bad so obviously just a cover up.Also we had been told that my grandmothers insurance is accepted at this clinic by nyu. Horrible service and my grandmother still has to get surgery but with this place it has just delayed it and been zero help and embarrassment for my grandma."
