"I went into the new Urgent Care Center in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn NY with severe respiratory breathing problems and a cold. The staff were exceptional. They processed my medical insurance information quickly and I was seen by a PA in less than 30 minutes. I got my lab test results in less than 24 hours and a long with them, I received a follow up call from Urgent Care to see how I'm doing. On the call, we made arrangements for me to pick up meds at a local store and for me to go back into the office to see a doctor at 9am Friday.
