"I wouldn't give any stars if I could. Every single person in that place was quite unprofessional. Starting with their website not having a single photo of the real installations (it's all stock images), I don't know how I didn't realize of that. The lady that booked my appointment didn't listen what kind of physical therapy I'm looking for, she kinda forced me to get a first appointment to actually be able to explain my background. Since they advertise themselves as a sports physiotherapists, I thought it would be ok to just go and figure it out there. After being rushed to fill out some papers, a lady attended me, she told me to lay down, gave me a couple stretches instructions and a 5 min massage, and then iced my knee with the most ridiculous ice pack rolled in paper (not even an ice machine). She didn't ask me how I injured myself, or the kind of physical therapy I had been doing until now. She wasn't interested on what I could tell her, all what she said is "oh good for you, good for you". She didn't explain what kind of therapy we would be following. Overall it was a terrible experience. Then they charged me $236 when on the phone they said they would charge $32 for a first visit. The front desk lady acted all mad when I asked to correct that mistake, and didn't explain what was going on. I should have left without paying a single dollar, to be honest. If you are an athlete and are looking for an active kind of physical therapy THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO, trust me."
"Dr. Babiy is VERY knowledgeable, responsive and excellent with her medical skills. She has always spent extra time explaining everything to me about the pros and cons...Dr. Babiy appreciates her patients and offers an excellent medical experience. She remembers specifics about each patient and really watches out for the best interest of her patients. I really like the scheduling process with her office staff. They are friendly and I'm able to get appointments with the doctor within a week. Additionally, Dr. Babiy not makes her patients wait for too long. I will recommend Dr. Babiy to anyone who looking for a good sport medicine doctor."
"I've been receiving treatment at Infinity Sports Medicine and Rehab since 2009(a lot of broken parts). I feel cared for from the time I enter until the time I leave. The front reception staff are welcoming, warm, friendly but still professional. Dr. Babiy takes time to listen to your concerns. Your care plan is discussed and agreed upon. Everyone has buy in. It's patient centered so that Dr. Babiy and the physical therapists, Alex and Steven, ensure that the treatment coordinated. The ten years of intermittent care for various physical ailments always end with a complete recovery . The front reception staff remembers your name from day one and work with you for appointment scheduling, insurance clearance etc. I strongly recommend Dr. Babiy and Infinity Sports Medicine and Rehab to anyone that want great care in a warm and caring environment ."
"I have been in to see Dr. Babiy several times now and even though I moved, I still continue to visit this office. From my bad knees, to a fall I took while skiing, Dr. Babiy always takes her time and makes sure I actually understand what the issue is and my options for treatment. Also it is convenient to have the therapists on site instead of just being given a referral. I have been going to doctors for years and know the difference between a caring doctor and one that just wants you in and out as quickly as possible and just writes prescriptions to get you out the door. Being next to the subway is a huge plus and, having experienced this with other doctors, have not had to wait more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment times. I would give it 5 stars but just can't bring myself to do it because who really "loves" going to the doctor?"
"I've been going to Infinity for more than ten years for various injuries. Dr. Babiy was always attending and thorough. Never rushing, always caring, Dr. Babiy has excellent bedside manner. Never had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes, comparing to most doctors that double book. In addition, all physical therapists are excellent. Throughout the years I was treated by Stephen and Alex. They are both great. Highly recommend this office."
