"Let’s start with for one.. after numerous times of going for adjustments that don’t work and the amount of pain my jaw is in for the sleep device to help with snoring and also the fact at the time I had to pay a deposit of $500 and then found out the insurance company said I wasn’t suppose to be charged anything cause of my limited income along with being on Medicaid then the office said they would refund me and never got done after trying to call who ever did the billing in the office and was told I’d be called back and it never happened. I personally wouldn’t recommend this office terrible experience and now I’m stuck with a device that still doesn’t work beware anyone looking for sleep device"

"Dr. Chase is a very kind person. He listens to my concerns with intent and will do what he can to make sure I am comfortable and cared for. Every time I go for an adjustment of my sleep device he makes sure it's working. When I had an issue he saw me right away and adjusted it to alleviate the pain I was having. His PAs and admin. asst. are wonderful as well. 100% recommend. Thank you for being great!"
