"We just had such lovely experience at this awesome facility!!! It was very late in the day, all pharmacies are closing and we urgently needed some antigen tests for our next day travel.. In my desperation I randomly called rapid testing urgent medical care center in Jersey City.. A very sweet and pleasant girl picked up the phone. She was so patient and courteous with us, answered all our questions throughly, and encouraged us to come by before their last appointment time. When we got there, we were greeted by three beautiful and brilliantly smiling faces, and just the best customer care you can imagine! The two girls at the front desk were like little angels and the girl working in the lab was no different. The testing process was a breeze, and they even helped us fill out forms in order to get reimbursed by the insurance. I cannot recommend this place more, oh and did I mention the entire building was spotless clean, very quiet and and shiny with modern design and comfort? Thank you again for making our day! ❤️"

"They are horrible at this place, they attempted to charge my insurance multiple times for the same service. On top of that, they also charged me out of pocket. To make matters even worse, the attitude of their staff leave a lot to be desired. If you can, stay away from this place. They're a ripoff."

"HORRIBLE PLACE, they are charging $300 for rapid test, then I received a text that they’ll only charge me $200. Want a FREE rapid test go to CITYMD on River Road. The government pays for it if you don’t have insurance. The owner was harassing me via text after I said i declined the service."
