"Dr. Stelling is a miracle worker in my life. He gave me the family I always dreamed of - my 2 boys, 4.5 years apart. He is skilled, knowledgeable, kind and patient. It was a long road to my first son full of hardships but he and his staff always met me with a level of compassion and understanding that is unmatched. "I have called this office three times to become a new patient and it’s been a week and I haven’t received a call back…. That being said I will not even go here for fertility check ups if no one can even call me back as a NEW PATIENT. "I have really mixed feelings about this center. My doctor was incredibly nice and compassionate in all our meetings and shared continued knowledge .. and then I never heard from her again . One minute she was away , next it was medical leave it was an awful feeling when your stress level is already at its highest during these trying times…The nurses are very sweet and make you feel comfortable, but communication was rough as far as what dr I was thrown to next I felt really unsure of the process and uneducated and extremely lost and uncomfortable , and really stressed myself out being my own healthcare advocate. There is no personalized attention because it's a very high-volume and busy practice and they are overwhelmed ! Not all of it was bad ….but if you need more from your doctor and in this field most do especially with the amount of money out of Pocket we all pay is phenomenal questions are important and many times the nurses or techs didn't know the answers I needed this is not the right type of place. I'm sure plenty of women have had success in family planning and a positive experience, but I didn't at all except my very first visit and that was only because I had my original Dr ….I was just a number and there was a huge gap in communication a lot of the time, with billing mostly for instance getting phone calls recently to go over procedure costs as if I was a new patient when I told them numerous times how upset and forcing me to make a decision to leave after 2 attempts at IUI !"

"I started going to the practice early 2023. I did the IUI procedure in Feb 2023 and it failed. I waited months and did work within myself and partner went back and did again in September and it successfully worked! I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant. Dr. Stelling was my Dr soft spoken man had me on the course to conceive. Office visits could be a long wait depending on the day. The ultrasound techs and blood techs were nice and showed genuine care and concern. Overall nice and clean , decent people nice practice."
