"I have used this office for over three years and the last six months have been horrible. I was sent for an ESI injection that went horribly and caused much more pain and suffering for me for over a week. The doctor who I scheduled my appointment with conveniently “stepped out” at my last appointment, which was supposed to be my surgery consultation. I was neither called ahead of time, told by the secretary when checking in, or notified by the nurse when I was seated in the room.
