"DONT COME TO THIS PLACE !!! FIRST OFF MY SISTER CAME HERE TO SEE DR QUIASHI . HE WAS A PLEASENT DOCTOR SHE SAID BUT THE REST OF THEM ARE HORRIABLE. THIS UGLY LADY FROM DOWNSTAIRS COMES UP AND TELLS MY SISTER THAT HAS A FRACTURE BACK ... YOU CANT BE SEEN TODAY BECAUSE SHE OWED 100$ COPAYMENT THAT SHE DIDNT HAVE TODAY ... HOLIDAYS ARE AROUND THE CORNER.. PEOPLE CANT AFFORD IT RIGHT NOW BUT INSTEAD OF SAYING NO WORRIES WILL WORK WITH YOU AND YOU ARE IN ALOT OF PAIN YOU CAN SEE THE DOCTOR .. SHE YELLS IT OUT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE FRONT " NO SHE CANT BE SEEN SHE OWES MONEY " THESE DOCTORS AND OFFICE IS MONEY HUNGRY MEAN PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE . ALSO HERD THIS PLACE IS HORRIABLE TO THERE EMPLOYEES , A YOUNG GIRL NAMED PAULA I BELIEVE HER NAME WAS TELLING MY SISTER AND I HOW HORRIABLE THIS PLACE IS AND HOW THE DOCTORS ARE VERY MEAN AND NOT A PLEASENT OFFICE. PLEASE PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ALSE YOU WILL REGRET THIS PRIVATE OFFICE!!!!!"

"Dr. Quareshi sucks. I am the patient, but he spoke only to my husband during visits. I told him during my first visit that there is an anti-inflammatory I can't take b/c it makes me ill and suicidal. Guess what he ordered for me, twice. When I asked his assistant to see if it was noted in my record, nada. Each time I needed a refill if my meds, I had to leave three messages on three days which were never returned, and finally call the receptionist and threaten a scene in the waiting room. Then it got done. His chirpy assistant says here's my number, call anytime. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns calls. Literally the worst experience in a doctor's office ever. There are plenty of other pain specialists. Skip this place."

"The doctors is very good but didn,t know that I had to wait so long just for my shots If they had to get ok by my Medical they should have told me they are very nice and very busy no problem that my regular doctor gave me them for my issue"

"Upon arrival I was told all the appointments are on time. After 15 minutes I was told I’m soon to enter. After 45 minutes I have yet to see the doctor. There was no communication about the delays, despite my request for information. The clinic personnel have no respect to the clients time. Follow up, The clinic administrator Barbara, contacted me and rescheduled the appointment to another date, without delays this time. Customer service succeeds or fails, based on the people who provide it. Thank you, Barbara."

"Dr Schwartz made me feel comfortable right away. He took his time and listened to all my concerns. I never felt rushed. He was caring and thorough. His office is very clean and the staff was very professional."
