In addition, she genuinely cared about my progress and was extremely personable, authentic and professional. The entire staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Gina at the front desk was always warm, engaging and professional. All follow ups and communications were timely and accurate. The rest of the staff (Jill, Andy and all others) were always pleasant and helpful. The setting needs some updating but all the equipment was clean and functioned properly.
