"Wasted one year of my life going back and fourth to advantage care, had to wait months between each appointment, and then they cancelled the appointment that was made ! They referred me to Nassau Medical Center knowing they wouldn’t take Medicaid I have my front teeth still missing, and they would not help me with a tooth flipper or something temporary, so then they referred me to Stony Brook where I called but couldn’t get an appointment Horrible Horrible Place wasted over a year Nots it’s been months and months Advantage Care referred me to Nassau Medical Center, and they denied me because of my insurance Advantage care then referred me to Stony Brook, and I was denied at Stony Brook, called hundreds of times and left messages Our system is broken and medical facilities only care about money not people, and certainly not health"
"This was honestly the nicest experience I’ve had with a Dr since I was a child. Dr. Bates was SO informative, she listened, was thorough and all around lovely to speak to with a caring and compassionate attitude. I’m happy to have found a Dr that cares and I can’t recommend her enough."
"Wow! This woman (I believe Gavi- older woman with accent) should not be in customer service. I called we said hello then she said “you called me” pretty much what do you want it felt like. Said I wanted to make an appt, she said something I don't even know what actually now but not something in lines of assisting me in making an appt. Said I wanted to make an appt again and she hung up in my face. She was on speaker phone wfh I assume by how it sounded. I am soo furious I had to write this review. My advice is to set up phone recording on customer interactions so you can monitor how you are being represented."
"Awesome sauce!!! My ward is a patient of Dr. Mulqueen, a super proactive, progressive, empathetic and humorous PCP... I adore Dr. Mulqueen, Dr.Boyd and the dental staff.... I highly recommend... Marc loves going to AC's Brookville or Freeport locations.... Without a doubt, superior medical/dental attention.... Advantage care is long Island's best kept secret.. knowledgeable, mindful, progressive staff... I won't take Marc any place else, EVER... Eileen Scanlon of Scanlon's Traveling Salon."
