"Good morning I was calling the WIC office because I’m A grandmother and I need assistance with getting a new WIC card because I miss placed it and I’ve been calling here since 9 o’clock and no one is answering the phone so how are you supposed to contact somebody and they office opens at 8am"

"This wic office is very difficult to get in contact with. Everytime you call them it just rings. It is annoying when just want to call them to ask them a few questions that can be answered through the phone. Why must i have to go in person to get my answers heard or addressed. Also, i went there to get my wic adjusted i had to wait outside in the rain; next thing they handed my my wic card and told me that someone should be calling me and no one never did to only find out that when i went to get milk for my special needs son at a supermarket, i was told my the customer care that no benefits were received in the wic card. How frustrating this is when you have to get milk for your son and took all the necessary steps to obtain and it fails because of someome lack of professionalism. Very frustrating. You guys need to do better. All the reviews below me clearly makes the same complaint. Its ridiculous now. I think i would be changing my wic office."

"This place is ridiculous ! Called many times and left voice messages to have someone call back to upload my benefits for weeks now ! And I’ve yet to here back from anyone (going on 3.5 weeks). Every time you speak to someone it’s like you get nowhere with the response they give you."

"Called to make a follow up appointment for my son. Got on the phone with one lady who was very sweet but we got disconnected. Called again and got disconnected again. So I waited about half an hour and called once more. The lady who answered was not the same and off the bat she was extremely rude. I called at 3:45 and she couldn’t seem to comprehend that I wanted to make a follow up appointment and for some reason couldn’t find the name of my son in their system. I’ve been at this wic location for 4 months. How could my sons name not be in the system? After she huffed and puffed and gave attitude she told me to hold on. She left me on hold for half an hour until the First Lady I had been in contact with answered."

"My visit truly exceeded my expectations! I received helped from a male nutritionist named Ronnie. He was extremely knowledgable and had a professional demeanor! All my questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. I’m happy Ronnie took the time to assist me and address all my concerns. Rita was also extremely helpful! She is absolutely one of the best. My daughter took a 12-week nutrition class and loved it! It definitely helped her choose better snacks and lose weight! Overall staff is super friendly, high energetic and professional!"
